       The Committee on Rules (Brandes) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (883168) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 158 - 159
    5  and insert:
    6  qualified and registered elector of the county in which he or
    7  she serves. A political party of the state may designate a
    8  qualified and registered elector of the state to serve as a poll
    9  watcher in any county.

   13         Delete lines 499 - 500
   14  and insert:
   15         voting site; amending s. 101.131, F.S.; authorizing a
