       Senator Bradley moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (286166) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 39 - 42
    4  and insert:
    5  reporting requirements of this section, a gift with a value of
    6  $100 or more or a gift in any amount of cash or a cash
    7  equivalent, such as a credit, setoff, or waiver of costs, which
    8  is provided and accepted pursuant to this subsection must be
    9  reported by the recipient of the gift to the Commission on
   10  Ethics on a form and submitted in a manner designated by the
   11  commission.
