Section 765.548, Florida Statutes, is created to 14 read: 15 765.548 Duties of the agency; organ donation.— 16 (1) The agency shall do all of the following: 17 (a) Monitor the operation of each organ transplantation 18 facility and organ procurement organization located in this 19 state. 20 (b) Develop uniform statewide rules regarding organ 21 donations.
