       The Committee on Appropriations (Albritton) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 96 - 98
    4  and insert:
    5  of abuse, neglect, or exploitation. The dispute must be resolved
    6  within the 72-hour period. If an agreement cannot be reached
    7  with adult protective services for modification of the referral
    8  decision within such timeframe, the determination by adult
    9  protective
