       Senator Simmons moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to House Amendment (838709) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 6 - 16
    5  and insert:
    6         (a) Investigate all asbestos trusts to determine which
    7  claims the plaintiff could file that are reasonably expected to
    8  be approved for compensation from the trust.
    9         (b) File all asbestos trust claims that would be cost
   10  effective to file and for which the plaintiff would reasonably
   11  expect to be approved for compensation.
   12         (c) Provide all parties with:
   13         1. All trust claim materials.
   14         2. A sworn statement verifying that an investigation of all
   15  asbestos trusts has been conducted, all asbestos trust claims
   16  that the plaintiff must file pursuant to paragraph (b) have been
   17  filed, and all trust claim materials have been provided to the
   18  parties.
