       The Committee on Rules (Farmer) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 65 and 66
    4  insert:
    5         (e) The first responder makes any statement that may
    6  indicate guilt relating to a criminal act or is probative to a
    7  civil or criminal investigation. Such statement shall be subject
    8  to an in camera review. There is no liability on the part of,
    9  and no cause of action of any nature may arise against, the
   10  first responder peer for disclosing information under this
   11  paragraph.
