       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Rouson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 137 - 138
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 6. Subsection (2) of section 265.603, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         265.603 Definitions relating to Cultural Endowment
    8  Program.—The following terms and phrases when used in ss.
    9  265.601-265.606 shall have the meaning ascribed to them in this
   10  section, except where the context clearly indicates a different
   11  meaning:
   12         (2) “Division” means the Division of Arts and Culture
   13  Cultural Affairs of the Department of State.
