Reimbursement rates shall be as provided in the 10 General Appropriations Act. 11 (b)1. Base rate reimbursement for inpatient services under 12 a diagnosis-related group payment methodology shall be provided 13 in the General Appropriations Act. 14 2. Base rate reimbursement for outpatient services under an 15 enhanced ambulatory payment group methodology shall be provided 16 in the General Appropriations Act. 17 3.
