recommended the following:
1 Senate Amendment to Amendment (441796) (with directory and
2 title amendments)

4 Between lines 1393 and 1394
5 insert:
6 (23)(a) The agency shall establish rates at a level that
7 ensures no increase in statewide expenditures resulting from a
8 change in unit costs for county health departments effective
9 July 1, 2011. Reimbursement rates shall be as provided in the
10 General Appropriations Act.
11 (b)1. Base rate reimbursement for inpatient services under
12 a diagnosis-related group payment methodology shall be provided
13 in the General Appropriations Act.
14 2. Base rate reimbursement for outpatient services under an
15 enhanced ambulatory payment group methodology shall be provided
16 in the General Appropriations Act.
17 3. Prospective payment system reimbursement for nursing
18 home services shall be as provided in subsection (2) and in the
19 General Appropriations Act.
