    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to the Social Services Estimating
    3         Conference; amending s. 216.136, F.S.; specifying
    4         information the Social Services Estimating Conference
    5         must develop related to a certain Medicaid waiver
    6         services program; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Paragraph (c) is added to subsection (6) of
   11  section 216.136, Florida Statutes, to read:
   12         216.136 Consensus estimating conferences; duties and
   13  principals.—
   14         (6) SOCIAL SERVICES ESTIMATING CONFERENCE.—
   15         (c) The Social Services Estimating Conference shall develop
   16  information related to the iBudget for the home-based and
   17  community-based Medicaid waiver services program and must
   18  include iBudget enrollment, the number of current waiver
   19  recipients, the size of the waitlist, the rate of utilization of
   20  program services, and expenditure information that the
   21  conference determines is needed to plan for and project future
   22  budgets and the drawdown of federal matching funds.
   23         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2020.
