       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Pizzo) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 13 - 18
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. Present subsections (6) and (7) of section
    6  943.6872, Florida Statutes, as created by SB 652, 2020 Regular
    7  Session, are redesignated as subsections (7) and (8),
    8  respectively, and a new subsection (6) is added to that section,
    9  to read:
   10         (6) Any portion of a meeting of the Urban Core Gun Violence
