    5         Section 1. Subsection (13) is added to section 559.952,
    6  Florida Statutes, as created by SB 1870, 2020 Regular Session,
    7  to read:
    8         559.952 Financial Technology Sandbox.—
    9         (13) FEES.—The office may not waive or modify any fee
