       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Perry) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (461968) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 93 - 96
    4  and insert:
    5  or guardian;
    6         3. The parent or guardian did not, at any time relevant to
    7  the proceedings under this chapter, have custody of or parental
    8  responsibility for the child; or
    9         4. After a hearing, the court finds that the child has
   10  attained the age of 18 years and the child’s parent or guardian
   11  has made good faith efforts to comply with the restitution
   12  order.
