       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Taddeo) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 24 - 25
    4  and insert:
    5  receive credit for successful completion. The department shall
    6  coordinate with the applicable board or the Department of
    7  Business and Professional Regulation to ensure the classes and
    8  work programs satisfy the relevant licensure requirements as
    9  determined by other applicable law.
