       The Committee on Rules (Rodriguez) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (444270) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 12 - 16
    4  and insert:
    5  the department, or any other executive agency designated by the
    6  Governor has declared an outbreak of an infectious disease as a
    7  public health emergency, the department shall provide to the
    8  public a daily report, published on the department’s website, of
    9  all of the following information related to that infectious
   10  disease for the duration of the declared public health
   11  emergency,
