On Page: 262             Increases by $50,000 in nonrecurring funds from the 
                         State Transportation Trust Fund for the Mutter Road 
Spec App: 1958A          - St Cloud (Senate Form 2319). Reduces $50,000 in 
                         nonrecurring funds from the State Transportation 
                         Trust Fund from the New Smyrna Beach - Washington 
                         Street Roadway Improvements (Senate Form 1700).
