On Page: 228             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Cape Coral Reservoir and Pipeline 
Spec App: 1635A          Project (Senate Form 1686). Reduces funding by the 
                         same amount from Contracted Services within the 
                         Department of Management Services.
