The Committee on Appropriations (Mayfield) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 080             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Specialized Treatment Education and 
Spec App:  376           Prevention (STEPS) Women's Level II Residential 
                         Treatment project (Senate Form 2342). Reduces 
                         funding by the same amount from the fixed capital 
                         outlay category within the Agency for Persons with 
                         Disabilities.
