On Page: 069             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Clara White Mission Operation Turn 
Spec App:  301           Around Project (Senate Form 2568). Reduces funding 
                         by the same amount from the fixed capital outlay 
                         category within the Department of Children and 
                         Families.
