On Page: 067             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Calhoun Liberty Hospital (Senate Form 
Spec App:  275           1646). Reduces funding by the same amount from the 
                         fixed capital outlay category within the Agency for 
                         Persons with Disabilities.
