On Page: 030             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for North Florida School of Special 
Spec App:  118           Education/Campus Renovations (Senate Form 2435). 
                         Reduces $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from Northeast Florida 21st Century Workforce 
                         Development Project (Senate Form 1664).
