                         General Revenue Fund for the Discovery Learning 
Spec App: 3180           Center Transportation Services - Pinellas (Senate 
                         Form 2301). Reduces $175,000 in nonrecurring funds 
                         from the General Revenue Fund from the Department of 
                         State 2020-2021 Cultural and Museum Grants General 
                         Program Support ranked list.
