       The Committee on Rules (Gibson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (715312) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 276 and 277
    5  insert:
    6         Section 4. The Legislature finds that it is an important
    7  state interest that clerks of the circuit court provide staff to
    8  explain the procedures and timeframes for judicial waivers of
    9  consent. Each clerk of the circuit court shall provide one full
   10  time equivalent position for the purpose of implementing the
   11  training requirements of s. 390.01114(6)(j), Florida Statutes.

   14  And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 300
   16  and insert:
   17         severability; providing a legislative finding;
   18         allocating positions to clerks of the circuit court;
   19         providing an effective date.
