       Senator Braynon moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 188 - 192
    4  and insert:
    5  requested, the petition is granted minor may immediately
    6  petition for a hearing upon the expiration of the 3-business-day
    7  period to the chief judge of the circuit, who must ensure a
    8  hearing is held within 48 hours after receipt of the minor’s
    9  petition and an order is entered within 24 hours after the
