       Senator Cruz moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (909932) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 28
    5  and insert:
    6  section. The consenting parent or legal guardian must provide to
    7  the physician a copy of a government-issued proof of
    8  identification and written documentation establishing that he or
    9  she is the lawful parent or legal guardian of the minor. For
   10  purposes of this section, a parent or legal guardian may use a
   11  passport or other form of identification issued by a foreign
   12  government as proof of identification.
