       Senator Book moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 303 and 304
    4  insert:
    5         Section 4. Paragraph (i) is added to subsection (3) of
    6  section 381.96, Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         381.96 Pregnancy support and wellness services.—
    8         (3) CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS.—The department contract shall
    9  specify the contract deliverables, including financial reports
   10  and other reports due to the department, timeframes for
   11  achieving contractual obligations, and any other requirements
   12  the department determines are necessary, such as staffing and
   13  location requirements. The contract shall require the network
   14  to:
   15         (i) Prominently display inside its facilities information
   16  relating to the judicial waiver process available to minors
   17  under s. 390.01114 which is easily comprehensible and accurate,
   18  and to provide such information to eligible clients who are
   19  minors.
