    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (715312)

    3         Delete line 224
    4  and insert:
    5  by court rule. Subject to a judge’s availability as required
    6  under s. 26.20, hearings held under this section shall be held
    7  in chambers or in a similarly private and informal setting
    8  within the courthouse.
