       The Committee on Health Policy (Book) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 291 and 292
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. For fiscal year 2020-2021, the sum of $1 million
    6  in nonrecurring funds is appropriated from the General Revenue
    7  Fund to the Office of the State Courts Administrator for the
    8  development of the online portal, webpage, and hotline required
    9  under this act.
