    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 202 - 203
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) A minor is presumed to be sufficiently mature to decide
    6  whether to terminate her pregnancy. Unless if the court finds,
    7  by clear and convincing evidence, that the minor is not
    8  sufficiently mature to decide whether to
