    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to transportation facility
    3         designations; providing an honorary designation of a
    4         certain transportation facility in a specified county;
    5         directing the Department of Transportation to erect
    6         suitable markers; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Fallen Hero Specialist Kelly J. Mixon
   11  Interchange designated; Department of Transportation to erect
   12  suitable markers.—
   13         (1) Upon completion of construction, the interchange on I
   14  95 at S.R. 200 in Nassau County is designated as “Fallen Hero
   15  Specialist Kelly J. Mixon Interchange.”
   16         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   17  suitable markers designating Fallen Hero Specialist Kelly J.
   18  Mixon Interchange as described in subsection (1).
   19         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2020.
