Section 718.129, Florida Statutes, is created to 12 read: 13 718.129 Law enforcement vehicles.—An association may not 14 prohibit a law enforcement officer who is a unit owner, or a 15 tenant, a guest, or an invitee of a unit owner, from parking his 16 or her law enforcement vehicle in an area where the unit owner, 17 or the tenant, guest, or invitee of the unit owner, otherwise 18 has a right to park. 19 Section 2. Section 719.131, Florida Statutes, is created to 20 read: 21 719.131 Law enforcement vehicles.—An association may not 22 prohibit a law enforcement officer who is a unit owner, or a 23 tenant, a guest, or an invitee of a unit owner, from parking his 24 or her law enforcement vehicle in an area where the unit owner, 25 or the tenant, guest, or invitee of the unit owner, otherwise 26 has a right to park. 27 Section 3. Section 720.318, Florida Statutes, is created to 28 read: 29 720.318 Law enforcement vehicles.—An association may not 30 prohibit a law enforcement officer who is a parcel owner, or a 31 tenant, a guest, or an invitee of a parcel owner, from parking 32 his or her law enforcement vehicle in an area where the parcel 33 owner, or the tenant, guest, or invitee of the parcel owner, 34 otherwise has a right to park. 35 Section 4. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
