       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Rouson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (493334) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 341 - 345
    5  and insert:
    6         (b) Vicarious liability.—A shared vehicle owner is limited
    7  in vicarious liability pursuant to s. 324.021(9)(b)3. This
    8  paragraph may not be construed to affect the liability of the
    9  shared vehicle owner for his or her own negligence.
