       The Committee on Rules (Harrell) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (150030) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 34 - 36
    4  and insert:
    5  his or her practice. It is the intent of the Legislature that
    6  the general principal of statutory construction that the
    7  expression of one thing is the exclusion of the other does not
    8  apply when interpreting this section.
