    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to transportation facility
    3         designations; providing an honorary designation of a
    4         certain transportation facility in a specified county;
    5         directing the Department of Transportation to erect
    6         suitable markers; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Gold Star Family Memorial Bridge, dedicated to
   11  Army Capt. Joseph M. Berkson, designated; Department of
   12  Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   13         (1) Bridge number 930361 on S.R. A1A/Jack Nicklaus Drive in
   14  Palm Beach County is designated as “Gold Star Family Memorial
   15  Bridge, dedicated to Army Capt. Joseph M. Berkson.”
   16         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   17  suitable markers designating the Gold Star Family Memorial
   18  Bridge, dedicated to Army Capt. Joseph M. Berkson, as described
   19  in subsection (1).
   20         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2020.
