    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (534296) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 108 and 109
    5  insert:
    6  
    7  Notwithstanding ss. 1008.34 and 1088.44(a), the 2020-2021 CAPE
    8  Industry Certification List shall not be used to calculate
    9  school district bonus funding pursuant to s. 1011.62(1)(o) or
   10  school grades pursuant to s. 1008.34, and the 2019-2020 CAPE
   11  Industry Certification List shall remain in effect until July 1,
   12  2021.
