       The Committee on Innovation, Industry, and Technology (Bracy)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (282524) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 5 - 9
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) STUDENT ATHLETE REVENUE SHARING.—Each Florida College
    6  System institution and state university shall distribute to each
    7  student athlete, upon his or her graduation, a pro-rata share of
    8  revenue equal to 10 percent of the income from ticket sales to
    9  all athletic events held during that student athlete’s
   10  attendance at the Florida College System institution or state
   11  university.
