    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 169 - 175
    4  and insert:
    5         (h) The information collected by the department and
    6  employers pursuant to this section may not be used for any other
    7  purpose other than for the verification of employment
    8  eligibility.
