       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Mayfield) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 38 - 39
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) Serve as a member of the board of directors of the
    6  Florida Development Finance Corporation. The executive director
    7  may designate an employee of the department to serve in this
    8  capacity.
