    6         456.51Consent for pelvic examinations.—
    7         (1)As used in this section, the term “pelvic examination”
    8  means the series of tasks that comprise an examination of the
    9  vagina, cervix, uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, rectum, or
   10  external pelvic tissue or organs using any combination of
   11  modalities, which may include, but need not be limited to, the
   12  health care provider’s gloved hand or instrumentation, in
   13  accordance with the prevailing professional standard of care for
   14  the health care practitioner as specified in s. 766.102.
   15         (2)A medical student, a nursing student, or any other
   16  student receiving training to become a health care practitioner
