       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Perry) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 41
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 3. This act shall take effect on the same date that
    6  SB 1292 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation
    7  is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension
    8  thereof and becomes law.

   12         Delete line 7
   13  and insert:
