       Senator Cruz moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 581
    4  and insert:
    5  drills. The State Board of Education shall issue guidance to
    6  districts specifying requirements applicable to emergency drill
    7  policies and procedures. Such policies must reference
    8  recommendations made by the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School
    9  Public Safety Commission regarding emergency drills, including,
   10  but not limited to, the number of, the frequency of, and student
   11  exemption from emergency drills. Law enforcement officers
