       Senator Montford moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 495 and 496
    4  insert:
    5         Section 9. Subsection (2) of section 1003.25, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         1003.25 Procedures for maintenance and transfer of student
    8  records.—
    9         (2) The procedure for transferring and maintaining records
   10  of students who transfer from school to school shall be
   11  prescribed by rules of the State Board of Education. The
   12  transfer of records shall occur within 5 3 school days. The
   13  records shall include:
   14         (a) Verified reports of serious or recurrent behavior
   15  patterns, including threat assessment evaluations and
   16  intervention services.
   17         (b) Psychological evaluations, including therapeutic
   18  treatment plans and therapy or progress notes created or
   19  maintained by school district or charter school staff, as
   20  appropriate.
