    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 128
    4  and insert:
    5  pharmacist. The automated pharmacy system may not be used to
    6  meet network adequacy standards.

   11  insert:
   12         providing that automated pharmacy systems may not be
