       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (832916)

    3         Delete lines 1178 - 1179
    4  and insert:
    5  and disposal systems connections, upgrades, or replacements;
    6         (D) Identify up-front funding sources for the state to
    7  provide assistance to homeowners who, as a result of any
    8  remediation plan developed pursuant to this sub-sub
    9  subparagraph, are required to replace or make substantial
   10  repairs to their onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems;
