       The Committee on Rules (Albritton) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (415392) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 45 - 50
    4  and insert:
    5  needling performed under the supervision of a physical therapist
    6  who holds an active license to practice physical therapy in any
    7  state or the District of Columbia, who has actively practiced
    8  dry needling for at least 1 year, and who will document that the
    9  physical therapist has met the supervision and competency
   10  requirements and needs no additional supervised
