House Comm: RCS . 02/17/2020 . . . . ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability (Harrell) recommended the following: 1 Senate Amendment 2 3 Delete lines 88 - 101 4 and insert: 5 (c) By June 30, 2021, inventory all existing interagency 6 data-sharing agreements, identify areas of data-sharing needs 7 which are not currently addressed, and execute a new interagency 8 agreement. 9 (d) Inform state agencies of the data types they collect 10 and report publicly or to the Federal Government, to identify 11 where interagency data sharing can create staff and technology 12 efficiencies. 13 (3) DATA INTEROPERABILITY.—The Division of State Technology 14 shall develop three proof-of-concept pilot programs in 15 conjunction with the Agency for Health Care Administration, the 16 Department of Health, and the Department of Children and 17 Families.
