       The Committee on Appropriations (Hooper) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 81 and 82
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. For the 2020-2021 fiscal year, the sums of
    6  $3,197,069 in recurring funds and $194,876 in nonrecurring funds
    7  are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department
    8  of Corrections, and 44 full-time equivalent positions with
    9  associated salary rate of 1,824,002 are authorized, for the
   10  purposes of implementing this act.
