       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (694026)

    3         Delete line 10
    4  and insert:
    5         (7) A surf pool that is larger than 4 acres and is
    6  certified by the Department of Economic Opportunity to be a part
    7  of a new development with an investment value of at least $100
    8  million is exempt from
