    2  Amendment (with title amendment)

    5  insert:
    6         (5) EXCEPTION.—This section does not apply to a student who
    7  identifies as a transgender girl and who has been receiving
    8  hormone replacement therapy and testosterone blockers for a
    9  period of 1 year, as evidenced by an affidavit provided by the
   10  student’s health care provider.
