       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Brodeur) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 387 and 388
    4  insert:
    5         Section 26. Subsection (3) of section 960.21, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         960.21 Crimes Compensation Trust Fund.—
    8         (3) All administrative costs of this chapter and the
    9  service charge provided for in chapter 215 shall be paid out of
   10  moneys collected under pursuant to this chapter and deposited in
   11  the Crimes Compensation Trust Fund.

   15         Delete line 56
   16  and insert:
   17         Legislature; amending s. 960.21, F.S.; deleting a
   18         reference to the service charge provided for in ch.
   19         215, F.S.; providing an effective date.
