If the state presents good 10 cause demonstrating a need for additional time to complete the 11 reinvestigation, the court may grant an extension. This 12 paragraph is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act in 13 accordance with s. 119.15 and shall stand repealed on October 2, 14 2026, unless reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment 15 by the Legislature. 16 Section 2.
